To ensure a smooth submission, review, and publication process, all authors are kindly requested to carefully read and follow the guidelines and documents provided below. Compliance with these instructions is essential to ensure that every manuscript meets the required academic, ethical, and formatting standards for review and potential publication.

Author Guidelines

Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure that their manuscripts strictly follow the conference template, formatting requirements, publication ethics, and conference scope before submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with these requirements may be returned for revision prior to review or may not be considered for publication.

Careful manuscript preparation will facilitate a smoother review process and increase the opportunity for acceptance and publication.

All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, written in high-quality English, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.


About ICEI 2026

The 9th International Conference on Education Innovation (ICEI) 2026 is an international academic forum that brings together researchers, academics, educators, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange research findings, innovative practices, and collaborative ideas in advancing educational innovation.

ICEI 2026 focuses on educational transformation in response to the rapid development of artificial intelligence, digital technology, and global educational challenges. The conference promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and encourages innovative research that supports inclusive education, sustainable development, student well-being, and future-ready learning ecosystems aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

4. Early Childhood and Primary Education Innovation for Future Generations

Early childhood education, primary education, literacy, numeracy, character education, creative learning, child-centered pedagogy, and teacher innovation.

5. Community Education, Lifelong Learning, and Sustainable Social Transformation

Community education, lifelong learning, adult education, non-formal education, social empowerment, community engagement, and sustainable development through education.

6. Educational Psychology, Human Development, and Learning Innovation

Educational psychology, cognitive development, learning motivation, student engagement, human development, learning behavior, and evidence-based educational innovation.

7. Vocational Education, Industry 5.0, and Future Workforce Development

Vocational education, technical education, entrepreneurship, Industry 5.0, workforce readiness, career development, digital competencies, and industry collaboration.

8. Artificial Intelligence, Digital Learning, and Educational Technology Innovation

Artificial intelligence in education, educational technology, digital learning environments, adaptive learning systems, learning analytics, virtual learning, digital assessment, and educational innovation.

Priority will be given to manuscripts that demonstrate scientific originality, educational innovation, practical contribution, interdisciplinary collaboration, and relevance to inclusive, sustainable, and future-ready education.


Publication Opportunities

ICEI 2026 provides several publication opportunities for accepted and presented papers.

Authors may select one of the following publication options:

  • SINTA 2 Accredited Journal

  • SINTA 3 Accredited Journal

  • SINTA 4 Accredited Journal

  • International Proceedings with ISBN

  • Recommendation for submission to Scopus-indexed partner journals

All manuscripts will undergo the applicable peer-review process according to the selected publication outlet.

Final publication is subject to editorial decisions, reviewers’ recommendations, journal policies, publication ethics, and the requirements of each journal or proceedings publisher.


Preparing Your Manuscript

Authors should prepare their manuscripts using the official ICEI 2026 Microsoft Word template.

Before submission, authors are expected to ensure that:

  • the manuscript is the final version;

  • all authors have approved the submission;

  • the manuscript has been carefully proofread;

  • references are complete and accurate;

  • the manuscript complies with publication ethics.

Post-acceptance revisions may be limited depending on the publication outlet.

Authors are advised not to submit substantially similar manuscripts to multiple publication venues simultaneously.

By submitting a manuscript, all authors agree to comply with the ICEI 2026 publication policies and ethical standards.


Paper Format

Authors should prepare their manuscript according to the official ICEI template.

General formatting requirements include:

  • Paper size: A4

  • Language: English

  • Single line spacing

  • Embedded fonts

  • Portrait page orientation

  • Title, author(s), affiliation(s), and email address

  • Abstract (150–250 words)

  • Three to five keywords

  • Maximum manuscript length: 8 pages

  • References formatted consistently according to the template

  • High-quality figures and tables embedded within the manuscript


Paper Content

The manuscript should contain:

  • Title

  • Affiliation(s)

  • Corresponding author’s email

  • Abstract

  • Keywords

  • Introduction

  • Method

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)

  • References

Authors should ensure that:

  • all figures and tables are numbered sequentially;

  • equations are properly numbered (if applicable);

  • every citation appears in the reference list;

  • every reference is cited within the manuscript;

  • inclusive and respectful language is used throughout the manuscript;

  • English grammar and academic writing quality have been thoroughly checked.


Review Process

Every submission will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers based on:

  • originality;

  • scientific quality;

  • methodological rigor;

  • significance of findings;

  • educational innovation;

  • clarity of presentation;

  • relevance to the conference theme and scope.

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before final acceptance.


Publication Ethics

ICEI 2026 adheres to internationally recognized publication ethics.

Authors are expected to:

  • submit original work;

  • avoid plagiarism, fabrication, and falsification;

  • appropriately acknowledge all sources;
